اور فرعون نے کہا : مجھے چھوڑو کہ میں موسیٰ ؑ ٰ کو قتل کر دوں اور وہ (بچائو کے لیے) پکارلے اپنے رب کو۔ مجھے اندیشہ ہے کہ وہ تمہارا دین بدل دے گا یا زمین میں فساد برپا کر دے گا
In these two readings, the particle aw expresses this second possibility, from Pharaoh's perspective. In the first reading, he attributes this directly to Moses (pbuh) using verb form IV; in the second, it is attributed to the 'disorder' with verb form I.
وَ أَنْ يُظۡهِرَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ ٱلۡفَسَادَ
wa-an yuẓhira fī l-arḍi l-fasāda
“and that he creates disorder in the land”
وَ أَنْ يَظۡهَرَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ ٱلۡفَسَادُ
wa-an yaẓhara fī l-arḍi l-fasādu
“and that disorder appears in the land”
