Supaya engkau memberi peringatan dan amaran kepada kaum yang datuk neneknya telah lama tidak diberikan peringatan dan amaran; sebab itulah mereka lalai.

so you would warn a people whose forefathers were not warned, hence they are unaware.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
