قل هو الرحمان امنا به وعليه توكلنا فستعلمون من هو في ضلال مبين ٢٩
قُلْ هُوَ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ ءَامَنَّا بِهِۦ وَعَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْنَا ۖ فَسَتَعْلَمُونَ مَنْ هُوَ فِى ضَلَـٰلٍۢ مُّبِينٍۢ ٢٩
قُلۡ
هُوَ
ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ
ءَامَنَّا
بِهِۦ
وَعَلَيۡهِ
تَوَكَّلۡنَاۖ
فَسَتَعۡلَمُونَ
مَنۡ
هُوَ
فِي
ضَلَٰلٖ
مُّبِينٖ
٢٩
Say, “He is the Most Compassionate—in Him ˹alone˺ we believe, and in Him ˹alone˺ we trust. You will soon know who is clearly astray.”

فَسَتَعْلَمُوْنَ
fa-sa-taʿlamūna
“you (pl.) will come to know”
This is in the second person plural. On this reading, it is part of what the Prophet ﷺ is instructed to say to the unbelievers.
فَسَيَعْلَمُوْنَ
fa-sa-yaʿlamūna
“they will come to know”
This is in the third person plural. On this reading, it is a promise and threat from God.
