وَٱلَّذِينَ يُظَـٰهِرُونَ مِن نِّسَآئِهِمْ ثُمَّ يَعُودُونَ لِمَا قَالُوا۟ فَتَحْرِيرُ رَقَبَةٍۢ مِّن قَبْلِ أَن يَتَمَآسَّا ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ تُوعَظُونَ بِهِۦ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌۭ ٣
Explanation
As in the previous ayah, these readings convey the same meaning with various verbs describing the pre-Islamic practice of ẓihār, in which a man would swear off his wife, likening her 'to his mother's back'. The verbs are forms III, V and VI, respectively.
